After 15 years as an esthetician and spa owner, I have seen trends come and go, products rise and fall, and countless suppliers enter the market.

Throughout those years, one thing became clear: many beauty distributors are no longer led by people who have actually worked behind the treatment room door.

As a current spa owner myself, I know the challenges beauty professionals face every day.
